IR/CATH LAB TECH - **** the shift is 4x8 / 1x10 schedule. Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri are 4x8s, Weds is a 10. **** so this will be 5 days a week with 2 hours OT

**Candidate must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms.**

4x8 & 1x10 Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri 0700-1530 & Wed 0700-1700 (42 hrs)

IR experience required
ARRT-R, ACLS, BLS, and fluoro permit required
MD license required
2 years of experience required
Travel experience required

Every other holiday required
No on-call or weekends

The unit handles cases in CT and X-ray, but floating to these areas is not required. Scrubbing for IR, vascular, and pain procedures is mandatory. Additionally, proficiency in operating the Philips Azurion C-arm and the portable C-arm is required.

Procedural Types:
- Interventional: Tunneled catheter placements (e.g., mediports, permacaths, Hickman lines), embolizations, drain placements, suprapubic catheter placements, PEG tube placements, and Pleurx catheter placements.
- Pain Management: Epidural blocks, radiofrequency ablations.
- Vascular: Angiograms, thrombectomies, fistulograms, IVC filter placements.
