Travel RN – ICU Float Pool

📍 Location: Boston, Massachusetts
🏥 Facility: Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH)
📄 Contract Length: 8 Weeks
📅 Start Dates: Weekly Starts

Shift Details

• Shift: 12 Hour Rotating
• Hours: 36 Hours per Week
• Schedule:
  • 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or
  • 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Rotation: Travelers will rotate shifts every 4 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Unit

ICU Float Pool

Travelers may be utilized in both ICU and PCU units and must be comfortable floating between these units based on staffing needs.

Required Experience

• 2–5 years of ICU experience required
• Trauma Level I facility experience preferred
• Candidates with Trauma Level II experience may be considered
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required

Floating

• Must be comfortable floating between ICU and PCU units as needed

Education

• ASN (Associate Degree in Nursing) required

Certifications

• BLS – AHA (Required)
• ACLS – AHA (Required)

License

• Active Massachusetts RN License required

Testing Requirement

• Telemetry test will be administered on Day 1
• Pass/Fail exam
• Failure may result in assignment termination

Additional Facility Requirements

• Facility is NOT accepting local candidates
• Candidates must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months
  • Applies to permanent, per diem, or previous travel contracts
