Description

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
• 8-hour shifts
• 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:
• New York State Registered Nurse License
• BSN required
• Minimum 3 years of recent acute care RN experience
• Leadership / Nurse Manager experience in Psychiatric Unit required

Required Certifications:
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• PALS
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
• MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior)
• BronxCare De-escalation Training

Unit Details:
• Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit (27 beds)
• Patient population includes Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Dual Diagnosis, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Personality Disorders
• Multidisciplinary care model involving pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy
