Job Opportunity: Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work primarily in Stepdown Neuro unit with potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and Emergency Department caring for the same patient population.
- Night shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
- Must work at least every other holiday.
- Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate medication administration exam; passing scores required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio.
- Minimum 1.5 years of Stepdown experience, with Stepdown experience within the last year.
- 18 months or more of total travel experience.
- Current certifications:
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
