Description
6:30-3pm and 8:30-5pm. Traveler will have to work 5 days one week and 4 the next equaling 72 hours in a two week period. They will have 1 day off every other week.
Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted
Patient Population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
Certifications Required: BLS
General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Need an RN operating room circulator with at least 1 year circulator experience in the intraoperative setting; Specialties include: Retina surgery, total hip/knees, Hand surgery, breast oncology, breast reconstruction, ENT, Lap Chole, Hernia repairs, Podiatry
Ratio / Census: 1:4; 5 rooms with average daily census of 18
Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis
Scrub Color: Provided by the facility
RTO: MAX 7 days
RTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
Weekends: None
Floating: Rare, within facility/scope of practice as needed
Call Requirements: No; However, unit may expect RN to stay over based on the certain amount of rooms that have been finished called dots and double dots.
If you are dot , if there are 2 rooms after 3 , you have to stay until there is 1 room left .
RTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
