At least 12 months of Dialysis experience [required]
NO 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within the past 15 months [required]
EPIC electronic medical systems experience [required]
Equipment experience with: Fresenius [required]
Experience & proficiency with blood transfusions [required]
Experience & proficiency with heparin [required]
