Physical Therapist - Outpatient & Acute Care

ORIENTATION SCHEDULE:

 Weekly, every Monday

 

Submission Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous PT experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed - [preferred]
• Outpatient experience [required]; Inpatient experience [preferred]
• EPIC experience [required]
• Traveler will work 4 days in our outpatient clinic and 1 day a week in acute care.
• From Department: "If they are willing to work an acute weekend – 1-2 while here – we would take that as well.  On call on Saturday 0700-1200 and Sunday 0700-1100.  Only see ortho neuro and safety discharge patients – this is not a deal breaker for us but some travelers have wanted to work a couple weekends and this takes the burden off the perm team."

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Physical Therapist / PT experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Physical Therapist / PT) – [required]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Driver’s License [document] [required]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS – [required]

State License Requirements

• Iowa

Additional License Requirements

• Willing to accept non-Iowa-licensed candidates per they are willing/able to apply for the Iowa license.
