We have immediate openings with opportunities to support elementary, preschool, and specialized academy programs.

Position Overview: 

• Provide speech-language services in various school-based settings, including FMLA coverage, specialized day programs, and community preschool locations.
• Design and implement communication strategies for students utilizing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and tools.
• Maintain accurate and compliant student records, including daily notes and case management, utilizing mandated district-wide IEP and billing software.
• Deliver high-quality therapy through various models, including school-based sessions, community preschool visits, and optional Extended School Year (ESY) programs.

Qualifications: 

• Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License (SLP, SLP-CF, or SLP-A)
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience with an ability to adapt to various age groups (Early Childhood through Secondary)
• Familiarity with IEP management software and a strong working knowledge of AAC devices and strategies
