Complete Description:

1 RN for 20 residents, 8-10 per LPN and 4-6 per CNA. Residents will be geriatric long term care with wound care but no trachs. 

No acute care needs will be in the facility.

• Opportunity to provide care for older adults in a long term care environment. Duties include direct patient care, assessments, documentation and implementation of the nursing plan of care, oversight of  LPN and CNA colleagues, and medication administration. Excellent communication, flexibility and delegation skills highly desirable. At least 2 years’ experience in long term care setting, NYS RN license and BLS from AHA required.
   

Requirements:

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Two (2) Years Experience in Long Term Care 
• BLS  (AHA ONLY)
