Submission Requirements:
WILL TAKES LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)
Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in MS with stroke stepdown experience and documents travel experience.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN References
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
Current AHA BLS, NIHSS
NIH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS UNIT (can be obtained prior to start)
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN Licenses.
RTO MUST be included at time of submission

Job Description:
Unit: MS Stroke Stepdown Patients
Shift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Unit Specifics: Common Diagnosis - Stroke, altered mental status, renal, dialysis, COPD, CHF, isolation, general med surg, pneumonia, pulmonary issues.
Specialty Equipment- IV pumps, N/G tubes, feeding tubes
Patient Demographics: Adults
Number of Beds in the Unit: 64
