Basic Life Support or Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Description

Required Skills:

Valid Registered Nurse License (RN License)
BLS Certification
NRP Certification for L&D and NICU nurses
Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or AWOHNN (Intermediate or Advanced) for L&D RNs

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior experience in Labor & Delivery or Neonatal Intensive Care Units
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
Knowledge of current obstetric and neonatal protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in L&D or NICU settings
Completion of specialized fetal monitoring training

Other Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient safety
