Required Skills:

• Valid RN license and current state licensure
• Proven experience in emergency or acute care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to respond calmly under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Experience with trauma or cardiac care
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• At least 2 years of emergency nursing experience
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and emergency procedures

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work the day shift (3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules and potential overtime
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification renewal
