13-week contract
36 hours per week
3 x 12's
Shift: Days or Nights
Rotations – either front half or back half of the week (Sunday-Tuesday OR Thurs-Saturday)
Need to be flexible to either rotation
They can be floated to all 6 locations; All unit are less than 5 minutes away from each other. 8 clinic locations across six different Jails.
Certs: BLS
License: Compact Licensure or AZ RN License
Experience:
2 years of experience in specialty
Must be Flexible to working weekends and Holidays

Must be able to provide the following items:

Physical within 1 year
PPD within 90 days and 1 year, QuantiFERON is acceptable
GQR Background
GQR Drug screen
Fit test
Copy of Degree/Diploma
Flu vaccine
Immunizations (MMR, Varicella, etc.)
