Description

Job Description – Travel RN (Metro Float Pool)

Overview:
Seeking experienced, independent RNs for a Metro Float Pool covering multiple facilities. Nurses will float across a variety of units based on census needs.

Position Details:

Guaranteed 36 hours/week (may be called off up to 3 shifts in 13 weeks)
Shifts: 36 or 48 hours/week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating required as needed

Units / Patient Populations:

Med Surg, Trauma, Oncology, Heart & Vascular, Neurology, Medicine, COVID
Some floors are primary nursing; nurses may float to other approved HSOs as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience
Travel experience required
Strong, independent clinicians

Skills & Certifications:

Required: BLS, ACLS, IV start
Preferred: Chemo, CCRN, NIH, ONS, TNCC, CPI, triage, telemetry

Notes:

First-time travelers will not be considered
