Description
CT Technologist
Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week with a 2-week rotating schedule
- Week 1: Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Week 2: Monday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Tuesday, Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in New Hampshire
- CT Technologist with 7 years of experience
- CT Technologist experience within the last year

Health and Compliance Requirements
- Documentation of immunity or vaccination for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
- Physician health statement within 1 year of start date
- Fit test for N95 respirator within 1 year of start date (no onsite testing; must be completed prior)
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required
- Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity strongly preferred
- Tdap vaccination preferred (within 10 years)
- If positive TB test, documentation of negative chest x-ray required
Professional and Background Checks
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including county and international searches as applicable
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start and updated annually
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists) within 30 days of start and annually
- New Hampshire state criminal background and BAAS checks within 30 days prior to start
- Social Security Number trace as part of background check
- Education verification of highest level achieved
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
- Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor-level reference
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for initial assignments and extensions
Additional Notes
- Must complete candidate submission coversheet for initial assignment submissions
- Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documentation
- No onsite fit testing available; must be completed prior to assignment start
- Local candidates will not be considered for this role
