Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience as an X-Ray Technician

• Employment Application: Must include at least last 5 years of employment history

Training and Competency

• Must complete required competency exams as applicable
• Color Blind Testing: May be required on a unit basis
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required as applicable
• Skills Checklists: Annual updates required if applicable

Facility-Specific Requirements

• Weekend shifts only (Friday-Sunday) from 7 AM to 7:30 PM
• No floating between units
• Block scheduling required
• Badge photo required (passport style with neutral background)
• Completion of required WorkRamp training modules prior to start (specific to Oregon region and specialty)
• Float Policy Acknowledgement: Traveler may be required to float to another facility within reasonable distance
