Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced 11-bed Emergency Department. The ED RN delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals presenting with a wide variety of acute medical conditions.

In this role, nurses work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, and emergency technicians to rapidly assess, stabilize, and treat patients. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy providing critical care to diverse patient populations.

Position Overview:

· Permanent, full-time role

· 36 hours per week

· Day or Night shift

Shift Details:

3 days per week: 12-hour shifts

• 7:00a - 7:00p OR 7:00p–7:30a 

Compensation & Incentives:

• Hourly range: $34 - $54.40
• Comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Provide direct emergency nursing care for a wide range of medical conditions.
• Monitor patients and respond quickly to changes in condition.
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Interpret cardiac telemetry strips and monitor patient cardiac rhythms.
• Collaborate with emergency physicians, nurse practitioners, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist with emergency procedures and stabilization efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, SANE certification
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Emergency Department experience preferred
• Strong triage and critical thinking skills
