UNIT:  NEUROLOGY
Interview type: MGR interview - no prescreen

Minimum Experience Required: 3+ years RN exp, at least 1 travel assignment completed, required.
Charting Experience: EPIC within the last year (Strongly preferred)
Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius
Weekends/holidays: every other weekend - holiday rotation as needed
Required certifications: WI RN (or compact) License, AHA BLS & NIHSS 

Primary Cases: Stroke, post op spinal surgeries/brain surgeries
Unit Overview: 16 bed unit; Neurology patients; mostly post stroke patients and post-op patients from brain/neck/spine surgeries. Many of our patients are post trauma patients and TBI. We do have medical patients at times as well. 
Patient Ratios: 1:4 - We typically have between 4-5 RNs on during the shift and 2 patient care technicians.
