Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location: Bridgeport, CT 06606

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery or Postpartum nursing (experience in both preferred).
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state license or compact license).
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
C-EFM (Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification.
Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic). 💻

Skills & Competencies:

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage high-acuity obstetric patients.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
