As a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise across a diverse range of patient care settings, including Med Surg, Trauma, Oncology, Heart and Vascular, Neuro, and COVID units. What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency in IV starts, Triage, Telemetry, and charting systems such as Epic
• Valid state RN license in Missouri or Illinois (compact license required for MO)
• BCLS and ACLS certification are mandatory; additional certifications such as Chemo, CCRN, NIH, ONS, TNCC, CPI are preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills, independence, and adaptability to float across multiple units
• Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage a high-volume caseload

Nice to Have:

• Experience with chemo administration, NIH certification, or specialized trauma certifications (TNCC, CPI)
• Additional skills in triage or telehealth applications
• Familiarity with hospital compliance protocols and crisis response procedures

Preferred Education & Experience:

• An active RN license in Missouri or Illinois
• At least 2 years of relevant hospital experience within the past 24 months
• EPIC electronic health record experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 36 hours per week with guaranteed hours, including every other weekend
• Flexibility to float within hospital units and affiliate facilities as needed
• No medical marijuana cards accepted; clear background checks required
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
