Tell us about the unit(s):

·       Imaging Rooms – 1 CT , 1 Trauma x-ray, 1 FL/x-ray, 2 Portable

·       Number of Staff – 22

·       Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – 1 Lead Technologist, 3 – 4 Multi-Modality Technologists (CT and x-ray)

o   Night Shift – 1 Multi-Modality Technologist (CT and x-ray)

o   Weekend Shifts – 1 Multi-Modality Technologist (CT and x-ray)

·       Type of equipment – All GE (all Digital Radiology)

·       EMR – Cerner/PowerChart, PACS Phillips Intellispace

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·       Experience performing routine CT & CTA exams

·       Experience with GE x-ray units and CT scanners

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·        Prior history of Radiology travel assignments

·        Working knowledge of Cerner & Phillips PACS software applications

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

·         All types of CT procedures (No Cardiac), CT guided biopsies

·        Full range of Trauma Radiology, Fluoroscopy and C-Arm cases

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

·       R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)

·       BLS
