Department: Therapy Department Position Type: Full-Time, Days Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed Weekend Requirement: Saturday On-Call: None

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Therapy Department. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality evaluation and treatment services to an adult and geriatric inpatient rehabilitation population.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Certifications: Current BLS/CPR
Float Requirements: None

Preferred Qualifications

Inpatient rehabilitation experience
Strong clinical skills in evaluation and treatment
Experience with diagnoses such as strokes, debility, and hip fractures

Unit Details

Unit Size: 36 beds
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Equipment Available: LiteGait, walkers, SciFit equipment, treatment tables
EHR System: Rehab Connect
Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric
