Description

• Minimum 1 year of inpatient psychiatric experience required
• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Must be willing to float to similar or lower acuity units
• Must be willing to take charge responsibilities
• BLS by AHA required
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance abuse treatment required
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills required
