Job Opportunity: CT Technologist
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Job Description
Seeking a CT Technologist for a long-term assignment. Typical shift hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
Candidates must provide documentation and complete the following prior to start:
- Fit Test
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional guidelines
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster proof, declination, or exemption where applicable)
- MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiation prior to start
- Influenza vaccine proof, declination, or exemption (seasonal)
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
- 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start
- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS and GSA/OIG exclusion checks dated within past 30 days
- Confidentiality, Conflict of Interest, Code of Conduct, Integrity and Audit Services, and System Access forms signed and on file
- Specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist completed within the last year
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days of start
- License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
- Standard I9 form completed by the agency
- Color Vision test
Additional Notes
- All required documentation must be uploaded and verified prior to onboarding.
- Compliance with all health and safety vaccination and testing requirements is mandatory.
- This assignment requires adherence to confidentiality and security agreements.
