- Coverage area: approx. 30-mile radius (ish) from West Allis office. Milwaukee County, Waukesha County, North Racine County
- Will be doing admissions and CM
- M-F
- HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.

- May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
