Compensation & Pay Details

Non-Billable Orientation (NBO): 16 hours
EMR System: EPIC

Pay Multipliers:

Overtime / Holiday: 1.15x
Call Back: 1.5x (minimum 2 hours guaranteed)
On-Call Pay: $9/hour
Charge / Preceptor Pay: $6/hour

Billable Overtime Rules:

For 36–40 hrs/week: OT applies after 40 hours
For 48 hrs/week: OT applies after 48 hours
