OB/L&D - RN
Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.

Charting System: EPIC
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: AWHONN Standards. 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surge patients, 1:3-4 pediatrics
Census varies-average 5 couplets, 2 pediatrics, 1 gyn, 2 labor, 4 SCN. Support staff include ward clerk from 0700-1900, CNA Tuesday – Thursday, Charge Nurse/Circulator without assignments, Resource Nurse without assignment, LPN Scrub Nurse without assignment.
MUST HAVE:
EPIC experience - if no, what other EMR system have they used
Able to work in Labor and Postpartum
Float: expected to float as needed, primarily as helping hands, but expected to take a med surg patient when needed as the unit will take a med surg patient from time to time
2 years OB/L&D experience. Post Partum
Shift: Variable shift and day, includes weekends. Will assist in filling schedule vacancies related to staff onboarding, vacancies, and staff on FMLA.
Active MN state RN license.
BLS(AHA), ACLS(AHA), NRP, prefer PALS additionally
