Travel RN – Transplant Coordinator (Project Manager)

📍 UCLA Health – Los Angeles, CA
📅 Start Date: April 20, 2026
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⏱ Schedule: 5x8s | 40 hrs/week

 

Position Overview:

  • Lead kidney transplant program optimization projects
  • Focus on workflow improvement, process mapping, and policy development
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives within transplant services
  • Provide training and implementation of new workflows

Requirements:

  • Active California RN License
  • Minimum 5+ years Transplant Coordinator experience (REQUIRED)
  • Kidney transplant experience preferred
  • Experience in process improvement & workflow optimization
  • Strong background in policy & procedure development

Preferred:

  • Nurse Manager / Leadership experience
  • Transplant quality or performance improvement experience
