Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations within assisted living / skilled nursing. This role focuses on staff supervision, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and process development.

We are looking for strong LTC leaders who can support a team that is newer to senior living and help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

✅ Requirements

Active RN License (Minnesota required)
BSN required
Minimum 5 years nursing experience
Minimum 2 years leadership / supervisor experience
Strong experience in Long-Term Care / Assisted Living / Skilled Nursing
Knowledge of state & federal regulations
Experience with staffing, scheduling, and staff education
Strong communication & leadership skills
