·        Patient Ratios :  L&D 1-2:1,  PP 3:1  Gyn/Pedi 3-4:1

·        Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Nurses and UC, Manager & Director

·        Type of equipment : EFM, beds, pumps, etc

·        Documentation system:  Meditech Expanse and CPN Connect

·        Scheduling requirements: 3- 12hr shifts

·        Floating policy: Float to other units as helping hands, sitter or virtual

·        Patient Experience requirements:

Hospital Specifics-

·        Certifications: NRP, C-EFM, BLS 

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set:  LDRP  Nursery/NICU a plus

Must have: L&D experience and PP

Advanced skills needed:

Procedures performed on unit:  Versions, Circumcisions, C-sections,

Certifications Required: NRP, C-EFM, BLS  Optional: STABLE and PALS

Dress Code: (Required uniform)
