CASE MANAGER FLOAT ** MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL CASE MGMT EXP **

Must be willing to float to sister facility 8 miles apart will work
*50 mile radius rule
ORIENTATION DATE: 4/7 or 4/21
Shift: 8 hour days (0800-1630) -
40 hours per week
Duration: 13 weeks

REQUIRED :

Active CA license
Must have 2+ years experience in an acute care hospital
PREFERRED : previous travel and EPIC exp
