📌 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICU Float Pool RN to work across ICU and PCU units at a Level I Trauma facility. The RN must be comfortable floating based on patient care needs and handling high-acuity cases.

🧠 Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing in ICU and PCU settings
• Float between units as required
• Manage patients with high acuity including trauma cases
• Perform continuous monitoring and respond to changes in patient condition
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR

✅ Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of ICU experience (Required)
• Trauma Experience:
  • Level I preferred
  • Level II acceptable
• Previous Travel Experience: Preferred
• EMR: EPIC experience required

📜 Certifications

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

🪪 Licensure

• Active Massachusetts RN License (Required)
