Description:
**Blackout Dates: No RTO May 8-10**

RNs need to have a mandatory competency with phlebotomy as well as placing IVs as this is a required skill for any RN at Unity.

Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN
Ratios: Day/Eve ratios are 5 to 1 (stretch 6-7). Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in)

• We have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living

Years of experience REQ: 1
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
Weekend REQ: EOW
Certs REQ: BLS
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes - MS, ICU, ED

RTO Restrictions: No holiday RTO - please no more than 7 days
Special Requirements: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management, Isolation Precautions
Patient Diagnosis: cardiac and stroke
Special Equipment: hoyer lifts
