Job Title: Travel RN – Long Term Care
Location: Mayo Clinic
Start Date: 03/30/2026
End Date: 06/30/2026
Hours/Shift: 36 hours/week, 3×12 hr shifts, 6 PM – 6 AM

Job Description:
The RN is responsible for coordinating nursing care including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Supports professional nursing practice across settings to meet patient and family needs. Functions within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Provide bedside care for long-term care patients.
Administer medications and manage IV therapy.
Monitor patient vitals and report changes.
Educate patients and families on care and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare team for discharge planning.

Requirements:

Active RN license (MN or applicable state)
BLS (AHA) required
Minimum 1 year Long Term Care experience or 2 years acute care experience
Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

Experience in long-term care or home health settings
