**Looking for leaders with LTC tenure. 2 openings one is ALF and one is SNF

The current staff is newer to senior living, all the regulations and their environment. Candidates need to have a solid understanding of the industry to help them change and enhance their processes/support the ongoing changes** 

 

Job Summary:The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Charter House is responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care in assisted Living. This role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. The ADON will manage the increasing complexity and demands of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supporting the development of occupancy growth and staffing plans. 

 

Schedule Notes:FT M-F day shift1 - RN for our Assisted Living Facility (ALF) licensure1 - RN for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). **They do not need to have knowledge of both. 3 month assignment

 

 

Skills: Required Skills & Experience:Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.Experience in long-term care and familiarity with Minnesota healthcare regulations.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle complex and demanding situations.Proficiency in staff education and scheduling.Knowledge of quality assurance and technological support.Preferred Skills & Experience:N/A RequiredSUPERVISORASSISTED LIVINGAdditionalEducation: Required Education:A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN level of education.Preferred Education:Master s degree in nursing, business, or a health-related field. Required Certifications & Licensure:Current RN license in Minnesota.
