Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer.

Shift: 5x8 Days
Shift times may vary, but will be one of the following:
0700-1530
0730-1600
0800-1630
0830-1700
Years of Experience: 1
First Timers Accepted: Yes
Certs REQ: BLS, AK RN License, ACM Cert Preferred
Skills REQ: Per UD, Must have Epic experience, Must have Acute Care experience
Is on-call REQ: No
Weekend REQ: Yes - every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4 week schedule

Case Manager- discharge planning o ACM certification (preferred) o Epic Hardstop requirement Acute care hospital experience required, behavioral health experience does not apply Facility Requirements o Microsoft Office/Teams (preferred) o Epic (EMR) experience (required) *negotiable with right candidate o AK nursing license (required for Aya Offer, screen for license pending) o BLS (required) Schedule/Shift o Monday - Friday business hours (required) Weekends required to meet dept needs
