Unit Information:
o Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Send for manager approval for 1st time traveler
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Cardiac, Pulmonary, Vascular
Required License, National Certification, Certs:
o BLS, ARRT-R, State license
Skills required:
o Cath Lab experience
Support within the Department:
o Manager
Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: Cerner
o IV Pump: Plum 360
o Med dispensing: Omnicell
o Hemodynamic: McKesson
o Unit specific equipment: GE Cath Lab
Floating: If yes, where?

o 2-3 days of orientation

o Weekend rotation: Based on unit needs
