Travel RN – Home Health

📍 Torrance, CA

🗓 Start: 04/14/2026 or later | Duration: 13 weeks
🕒 Schedule: Day Shift 5x8 (08:00 – 16:30)

🔎 Requirements:
• 2+ years Home Health RN experience (high-volume caseload required)
• Minimum 1 year HH travel experience (NO first-time travelers)
• Recent OASIS experience (exam required before interview)
• BLS certification
• Active license required at submission

💡 Role Highlights:
• Patient load: 5–6 patients/day
• Territory: LA County (5–20 mile radius, mileage reimbursed)
• Adults & Geriatrics population
• Focus on wound care, IV therapy, HF & Diabetes management

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Start of Care, routine visits & assessments
• Wound care & PICC line dressing changes (required)
• Medication management & IV infusions
• Discharge planning & patient education

📊 Additional Details:
• Hourly model (not per visit) – full 8-hour shift required
• Weekend rotation & on-call required
