Description

UNIT: ICU - 108
CLINICAL INTERVIEW

Minimum Experience: 2 years in ICU, Med/Surg experience, travel experience required

Required Certifications: BLS. ACLS WI RN license

Required Skillset: MedSurg and ICU experience required

Unit Information: The case mix is medical and surgical patients such as joint replacements and general surgical patients.

Weekend/Holiday: 2 weekends out of 4 as needed, if on nights it is Fri/Sat if scheduled days it is Sat/Sun and holiday rotation

Float Requirements: may be required to float to other Aspirus locations if needed.

On Call/Call Back Requirements: No requirements for additional on-call or back-up.

Scrub colors: Dark blue

WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN 7 DAYS OF RTO

Contract is eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours

Pros

I have worked with this company for 3, along with a few others, and they have been great! They seem to be very appreciative of their staff and always sending appreciative gifts to you. I can’t say much now that they have joined TotalMed, but am looking forward to see what develops.

Cons

Rates are not always the best, would be nice to have a few more eastern and southern state options, like Mississippi or North Carolina cities
