Unit: RN- Corrections, LPN
Candidate must meet all minimum requirements listed Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing and current licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Illinois or ability to obtain license two weeks prior to starting employment Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification Proof of successful completion of coursework for medication administration (Pharmacology) as a Practical Nurse in accordance with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) regarding Standards of Pharmacology/Administration for Medication Course for Practical Nurses (Must provide documentation at time of interview) Preferred
Qualifications: One (1) year recent full time paid clinical experience in an acute care health facility or ambulatory care facility Packet must include: Cover sheet(attached), Resume, Primary Source, Skills Checklist, references and BLS
Penalty Policy: If candidate abruptly ends their contract before their assigned end date, client will issue a penalty fee up to the remaining hours left on the contract (bill rate x hours left). This will NEGATIVELY impact spread. They will also DNR the candidate from all CCH facilities so do not submit candidates who are not 100% committed.
Orientation: Orientation is non billable therefore we pay Chicago minimum wage for "free orientation". There are total of 24 hours of orientation their first week.
Floating Requirement: Resource may be floated to CCH facilities within their skillset they were hired for based on census. There is no pay differential for floating as it is required per the assignment.
Weekend Requirement: EOW Hours/week: 36- no block scheduling accommodated
