Description
Surgical Tech – OR Travel | San Diego, CA
Seeking an experienced Surgical Tech for a high-volume operating room. Will support a variety of procedures, including orthopedic, neuro, and robotic cases. Must be confident in maintaining a sterile field and anticipating the surgeon's needs throughout procedures.
Requirements:
- BLS required
- Scrub Tech certification preferred
- Approved OR Tech program or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of recent OR experience
- Strong experience in orthopedic, neuro, and robotic procedures
Schedule & Details:
- 3x12-hour shifts (approx. 10:30 AM start)
- Rotating weekends (every other weekend)
- On-call required (weekdays and weekends; 30-minute response time)
- Fast-paced, high-acuity OR environment
- Must be flexible across multiple specialties
