Description
DAYS: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM (4x9s); on call=rotation The candidate must 2 years or more in this role and have experience in the following below: Peripheral vascular work Venous Central Lines Tube Changes Neuro (would be ideal) Embolization work (Arterial/ Venous) Venous Thrombectomy work
Required Skills & Experience:
Capacity to learn and retain information regarding patient care and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively, follow directions, and complete detailed work accurately.
Demonstrates compassion and caring in dealing with others.
Manual dexterity to handle small supplies.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous Radiologic Technology experience in a procedural setting.
Department-Specific Skills & Experience:
Able to work around and maintain a sterile field during procedures.
Can pull supplies for procedures.
Experience with Interventional Neurology is preferred.
Required Education:
Associate's Degree in Related Field.
OR
Certificate in Radiologic Technology.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
BLS (American Heart Assoc.).
ACLS (American Heart Assoc.).
IEMA Radiography License Illinois.
Radiography (R)(ARRT).
