Description

Interventional Radiology Technologist – $15K Sign-On Bonus + Relocation (if applicable)

Schedule & Call

Shift: Full-time, days
Hours: 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
On-Call:
- 7–8 shifts per month
- Includes 1 weekday shift per week
- 1 weekend (Friday–Sunday) per month
- Must be within a 30-minute response radius

Job Summary

Under the supervision of a Radiologist, the Interventional Radiology Technologist performs IR procedures on both outpatient and inpatient populations. These procedures are conducted per physician orders and established protocols to aid in diagnosing and treating disease and injury.

Key Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited program

Experience

Required: Prior Interventional Radiology experience
Preferred: Experience in a high-volume (busy) lab
Neuro and trauma experience is a plus

Certifications & Licensure

Basic Life Support (BLS) required
ARRT-R (Radiography) certification required
Must hold Texas Medical Board licensure as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)
Must have either
- ARRT Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI)
- ARRT Interventional Radiography (VI)
- ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV)
