• Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only

• Years of Experience: 1 year Stepdown
• Float Requirements: as needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit

• Patient Ratios: 1:3/4
• Equipment: TRACH, VENT, VAPO, BIPAP
• EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Stepdown, inpatient only; This is a very respiratory heavy floor, must have Trach/Vent experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:
• Type of Patients on Unit: Respiratory failure, ETOH, Overdose, GI Bleed, Electrolyte Imbalance, COPD, Cancer
• Personality Fit: Teamwork, dependable, flexible
