Submission Requirements:
FLU VACCINATION IS REQUIRED - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in CT and documents travel experience.
Current ARRT Cert & BLS
RTO MUST be included at time of submission
* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested along with drug screen.
