ER RN Job Breakdown – Franciscan Health Indianapolis

Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (12-hour day/evening shift)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Schedule: Every weekend required
Call: No call
Float: Yes, according to skill set
Experience Required
Minimum 2+ years RN experience
Must have recent Emergency/ER experience
Must have worked in a large ED / high-volume ER

Must-Have Skills
Previous Emergency nursing in a large ED
Strong critical thinking
Able to handle fast-paced environment
Able to adjust with fluctuating patient volume

Beds: 65-bed Emergency Department
EMR: Epic

Alaris Pumps
Phillips Monitor
Belmont Rapid Infuser
