Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel contract assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, well-supported imaging department within a stroke-accredited facility offering a wide range of advanced imaging services.

Assignment Details:
13-week travel contract
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday
Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (4x10 nights)
Start Date: April 2026
Call required: weekend coverage (2 shifts every 5 weeks)
Holiday rotation: 75% of holidays

Facility Overview:
244-bed hospital
Stroke accredited (TJC)
No trauma designation
Full-service imaging department including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, IR, and Nuclear Medicine
Radiology nursing support available

Department Overview:
High-volume department performing approximately 68 CT studies per day
Serving ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient populations
CT-guided procedures and anesthesia cases performed as needed
No cardiac CT imaging

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of CT imaging procedures across multiple patient populations
Start peripheral IVs
Perform venous, arterial, and multi-phase scanning
Assist with stroke imaging, including perfusion studies
Support colorectal and other advanced imaging studies

Requirements:
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
First-time travelers accepted
Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility

Preferred Skills:
Experience with TeraRecon (preferred, not required)

Technology:
EMR: Epic
RIS: Epic Radiant
PACS: Philips iSite
Equipment: Siemens Definition AS 64, GE VCT 64, Bayer/Medrad Power Injectors

Additional Details:
No floating required
Scrub color: Black
