Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• 3x12 hour shifts, nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Friday through Sunday

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Siemens equipment experience
• Procedural experience
• Experience with Epic system

Required Certifications and Verifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• Drug screening (10-panel) within 40 days of start
• Immunizations and health documents including:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months
  • Flu vaccination or approved exemption
  • Hepatitis B titer or declination
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
• Fit mask test (annual) unless exempted by position
• Pass/fail testing for EPIC and Dysrhythmia/EKG as applicable

Compliance and Documentation

• Government-issued photo ID required
• Social Security card required for badge issuance
• Employment application/resume with 7-year work history
• Verification of employment history for last 5 years
• Two supervisory references from clinical assignments within last 24 months
• Annual skills checklist with one-week grace period for renewal
• Facility-specific documents including orientation safety manual acknowledgement, dress code review, and floating policy acknowledgement
• Badge photo meeting strict facility requirements (no selfies, solid color background, business casual or uniform attire)

• The client has a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Candidates must be flexible with scheduling
• Compliance deadlines are strict and must be met prior to start date
• Fingerprinting required only for certain positions (not typically for CT Tech)
• EPIC test requires passing score with limited attempts; remediation and manager discretion apply

This position is ideal for CT Technologists with strong procedural skills, Siemens equipment experience, and proficiency in EPIC. Candidates should be prepared for night shifts and weekend work.
