Job Summary (Simplified):

EOW (Every Other Weekend): You’ll be scheduled to work every alternate weekend.
EOH (Every Other Holiday): You’ll be required to work on alternating holidays.
Charge Responsibilities: Occasionally, you may act as a charge nurse (leading the shift/team).
Training Provided: If you’re not experienced as a charge nurse, training and shadowing will be given.

Weekly Hours Breakdown:

Typically 36 hours/week (most common for RN travel roles)
- Example: 3 shifts × 12 hours
If it's a 40-hour contract (less common):
- 5 shifts × 8 hours

What it means practically:

One week: you might work a weekend, next week: off weekend
Holidays rotate among staff
Some shifts may include leadership duties (with support/training)
