• Assessment: Evaluate & reassess patient condition
• Care Planning: Create, implement & adjust care plans
• Monitoring: Track patient response & document
• Education: Guide patients & families (during stay + discharge)
• Leadership: Delegate tasks, mentor staff, teamwork
• Quality & Safety: Follow compliance, improve processes
• Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams
• Patient Focus: Address physical, emotional & cultural needs

⏰ Shift Details & Weekly Hours

• Shift Timing: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (Day Shift)
• Shift Duration: ~12.5 hours
• Typical Schedule: 3 shifts/week

• 12.5 hrs × 3 days = ~37.5 hours/week

📅 Additional Requirements

• Every other weekend required
• Certifications:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NRP (Advanced)
  • STABLE
  • EFM
• Experience: 2+ years RN
• License: Indiana (IN) license at submission
• System: Epic experience required
